How does this differ from the Ross Class Action?

The Ross Class Action has stopped Southern Response from going directly to homeowners, but Southern Response is entitled to deal with homeowners’ lawyers.

Anthony Harper can deal with Southern Response directly on your claim for the balance due to you.

If you remain in the Ross Class Action, you will have to repay CFA (an Australian litigation funding company) your share of the costs it has paid to support the class action, plus a commission (i.e. a percentage of the monies recovered).
