Southern Response policyholders could be in for a share of $300 million

Following the successful Karl and Alison Dodds’ case, at least 3,000 Christchurch policyholders who settled their claims before 1 October 2014 can apply for compensation of $100,000 each, on average.

“We urge everyone to seek legal advice immediately. Unlike our case, this will be a simple process,” Karl Dodds says.
